Be a Valentine to your neighbors in need! This Valentine’s Day, Heart of Florida United Way invites you to join us in expressing your love for the Central Florida community.
We are seeking volunteers of all ages for our Share the Love volunteer opportunities, where volunteers will work together to create heart-warming gift packages for older adults in our community.
There are multiple shifts available!
First, we need your help to sort and load items so we can have them ready for packing day. There will be sorting and loading volunteer shifts available the week prior to Valentine’s Day. In addition, on February 15, 2023, you can volunteer in the morning and afternoon to help set up materials for the main packaging event!
The evening shift of February 15 will gather volunteers to decorate gift bags and assemble each gift package.
This is an excellent opportunity to introduce your family to volunteerism and put a smile on someone’s face!
