Rules and Regulations
The Orlando Pride Game Ticket Drawing (“Drawing”) is a drawing of chance for prizes and is being operated and hosted by Heart of Florida United Way, Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation having its principal place of business at 1940 Cannery Way Orlando, FL 32804 (“United Way” or “Sponsor”). The prize provider of this Drawing is Orlando Pride, LLC having its principal place of business at 655 West Church Street Orlando, 32805 (“Orlando Pride”) and is not responsible or liable for the collection, submission or processing of entries, the administration or execution of the Drawing, or the selection of the winners. The Drawing is where prohibited or restricted by law. The following terms are the official rules and regulations governing the conduct and operation of the Drawing (“Official Rules and Regulations”):

  1. ELIGIBILITY. Each entrant must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry, and must be a U.S. Citizen residing in Orlando, Florida within a seventy-five (75) mile radius of INTER&Co Stadium. Entries may not be obtained in the name of a business, trust, corporation or other entity, or wherever prohibited by applicable law. Entries may not be purchased by employees, officers or directors of Orlando Pride or the National Women’s Soccer League, LLC (“NWSL”), United Way board members or employees, to include each of their immediate family members (i.e. parent, spouse, child, or sibling). Entrants do not need to be present at the Drawing in order to win. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an Entrant or potential winner in the Drawing, the Entrant or potential winner will be deemed the authorized holder of the email address associated with the entry. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person in whose name the e-mail account was opened. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of an Entrant or potential winner cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted, sold or bartered. Questions regarding the Drawing should be directed to the United Way, using the below contact information.
  2. ENTRY PERIOD. Entry for the Drawing begins at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 12, 2024, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on September 23, 2024 (the “Entry Period”). The designated computer clock of the United Way is the official time-keeping device in the Drawing.
  3. HOW TO ENTER. Entries for the Drawing (each being a “Drawing Entry,” multiple being “Drawing Entries”) may be submitted by visiting https://lp.constantcontactpages.com/sl/6pOldV0/HFUWxPrideSept28 and following the on-screen instructions to access the registration form. For all Entries, an acknowledgment will be electronically mailed to the e-mail address provided by the entrant. A valid e-mail address is required for all entrants. The entrant is responsible for monitoring all spam and junk e-mail folders for the acknowledgement and winner notification. No purchase, donation, or contribution is necessary to enter the Drawing. Entrant must provide all of the information requested, including Entrant’s full name, address, and email address, then click “Submit” to receive one (1) entry into the Drawing. Limit of one (1) entry per person. If entries exceed the entry limitations, the Entrant may be disqualified, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Incomplete, unreadable, or unintelligible entries will be disqualified. All information provided by Entrants becomes the property of United Way. Participation in the Drawing constitutes Entrant’s understanding of, full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant that Sponsor determines to be in violation of any term contained in these Official Rules. Sponsor’s decision not to enforce a specific provision of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision of the Official Rules generally. Sponsor has the right to change the Drawing Entry Period, and all other dates or deadlines set in connection with this Drawing, at any time and in its sole discretion.
  4. ODDS. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
  5. LIMITATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS. Each entry must be in that entrant’s own name. At the time of entry, each entrant will be required to provide sufficient identifying information to ensure compliance with these Official Rules and Regulations. All Entry transactions are final. No entrant names can be altered, changed, or substituted after submission or entry. The United Way assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected or non-delivered email.
  6. DRAWING. On or about 9:00 a.m. ET on September 24, 2024, three (3) potential winners will be selected via random drawing from all eligible Entries received. The potential winner will be notified by phone call and by email via the email address provided on the registration form. The potential winner is responsible for checking their spam filter. The failure to respond within the stated time period may result in forfeiture of the Prize. The winners will be determined by chance at the Drawing. The Drawing date and all other dates stated in these Official Rules and Regulations may be adjusted in the absolute discretion of the United Way.
  7. NOTIFICATION OF WINNER AND SELECTION OF PRIZE. The United Way will notify all eligible winners of the Drawing within twenty-four (24) hours of the Drawing. Notifications to winners will be delivered via e-mail, using the e-mail address set forth on the entry form, and by phone. The prizes identified below (collectively the “Prizes”; each a “Prize”) will be awarded on a first drawn basis. Each winner will have twenty-four (24) hours from such notice to take possession of a Prize. If the winning Drawing Entry holder does not reply to the United Way’s e-mail or phone notification, and take possession of the Prize, within this twenty-four (24) hour period, such entry holder will be disqualified from the Drawing. If a winner does not comply with these Official Rules and Regulations, the winner will be disqualified from the Drawing. Upon the earlier of (a) the disqualification of the first drawn winner; (b) Prize pickup/possession by the first drawn winner; or (c) rejection by the first drawn winner, the United Way will then select and notify a second drawn winner, who will have twenty-four (24) hours from such notice to take possession of a Prize. This process will continue until all Prizes have been picked up/possessed by eligible winners. Tickets will be distributed electronically to the winners of the Drawing, who will be instructed via e-mail as to how to take possession of their Prize at the time of notification by the United Way. Any questions should be relayed to the United Way at the contact information below. The winners of the Drawing may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility.
  8. PRIZE. Four (4) tickets to the Orlando Pride v. Houston Dash game on Friday, September 28, 2024 at 7:30 p.m. at Inter & Co Stadium in Orlando, FL. The winner of this Prize may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility. This Prize is not transferrable. Donated By: Orlando Pride Fair Market Value: $25.00 (per ticket)
  9. PRIVACY. By submitting or providing any telephone number (including a mobile telephone number), e-mail address, or other contact information in this Drawing, you expressly give consent to be contacted by the United Way using all such contact information. By entering the Drawing, entrants agree that their names, likenesses and/or information provided in connection with the Drawing may be used for the benefit of the United Way, including, but not limited to, being disclosed to and used by the United Way for publicity purposes in newspapers or other media, including print venues, television, radio, social media, or online (including the website of the United Way). All other personal information collected in connection with the Drawing, as well as all visits to the United Way’s website, will be subject to the United Way’s privacy policy (https://www.hfuw.org/privacy-policy/). Except as specifically provided herein, the information of an entrant will not be shared with or sold to any other person or entity.
  10. DISCLAIMER. THE UNITED WAY MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY NATURE WITH RESPECT TO THE DRAWING OR ANY PRIZE, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE UNITED WAY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY REGARDING THE PRIZES, INCLUDING THEIR USE, DESIGN, CONDITION, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF ANY PATENT OR OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, QUALITY, CAPACITY, WORKMANSHIP, OR CONFORMITY TO ANY LAW, RULE, REGULATION, OR SPECIFICATION.
  11. WAIVER / LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. By participating in the Drawing, entrants release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Orlando Pride, NWSL, United Way and each of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and sponsors, including advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability with respect to the participation in the Drawing, the possession, use and distribution of the Prizes awarded, and all losses or injuries (including loss of earnings, profits or goodwill), damages, costs, expenses, rights, claims and actions or any kind arising in connection with the Drawing or the Prizes.
  12. GOVERNING RULES, REGULATIONS AND LAW. By participating in the Drawing, the entrant specifically acknowledges that he or she is aware of and agrees to abide and be bound by the rules, limitations and restrictions contained in these Official Rules and Regulations, and further specifically agrees that these Official Rules and Regulations solely govern the conduct and operation of the Drawing. These Official Rules and Regulations, together with the decision of the United Way, are binding on every entrant. The Official Rules and Regulations may not be waived, modified or supplemented except by the United Way. If any provision of these Official Rules and Regulations or the application of any such provision to any person or circumstance shall be held invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision hereof. The interpretation and application of these Official Rules and Regulations by the United Way shall be final. These Official Rules and Regulations shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the heirs, executors, administrators, and successors and permitted assigns of each entrant. The Drawing is being conducted in accordance with and is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. The offer to participate in the Drawing is void where prohibited by law and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
