Q: When did you join Emerging Leaders?
A: I joined Emerging Leaders on August 30, 2022.
Q: What inspires you as a leader?
A: As a leader, I am deeply inspired by the philosophy of Servant Leadership, a belief that true Leadership is rooted in serving others. This approach resonates with me because it reflects my genuine desire to uplift and support those I Lead. By priorizing the well-being and growth of team members. I aim to create an environment where each individual can thrive and contribute their best. What drives me is the ability to motivate and inspire a team. I believe that a motivated team is a powerful force that can achieve remarkable feats.
Q: What’s your favorite part of being in Emerging Leaders?
A: From my perspecve, the opportunity to give back to the community through volunteering initiatives
stands out as one of the most rewarding experiences. Emerging Leaders’ emphasis on social
responsibility and community engagement has allowed me to contribute meaningfully to causes I care
about, making my participation feel purposeful and impactful. Moreover, the chance to build
relationships within the Emerging Leaders community has been an invaluable part of my journey.
Engaging with like-minded individuals who are equally passionate about personal and professional
growth has not only expanded my network but has also created a supportive environment for shared
learning. These relationships have transcended the program itself, leading to collaborations and
connections that continue to enrich my career.
Q: What’s been your favorite Emerging Leaders event/experience and why?
A: Thanksgiving Project/ I love to serve and help people.
Q: What’s your favorite way to unwind?
A: Reading a book or journaling is a way I unwind for the day.
Q: What’s the greatest advice you’ve ever received?
A: You can be whatever you want in life if you believe and put action behind it.
