Looking for a meaningful way to connect with your community this Spring Break? Heart of Florida United Way invites you to stay local and make a big impact with our Alternative Spring Break program

Join us from March 17 to 21 for a unique opportunity to give back. Students of all ages, along with their families, are invited to participate in community service activities held throughout the week of March 17. You can join us for one opportunity or multiple — but every volunteer hour will make a difference for our community.

From hands-on prep work to creative design, there’s something for everyone!

Help us prepare for our Community Baby Shower by assembling 48×60 baby blanket kits to provide warmth and comfort to newborns.

Support our convention efforts by sorting and packing materials to ensure a seamless experience for 1,000 visiting volunteers.

Give back to those in need by assisting The Coalition for the Homeless or The Sharing Center in sorting and organizing donations for individuals and families facing hardship.

Want a creative way to spread kindness? Try our virtual volunteer event and create a “Take What You Need” foam board filled with uplifting post-it note messages, submit a photo, and earn one hour of certified volunteer time.

No matter how you choose to help, your time and dedication make a difference! Join us for our Alternative Spring Break and experience the joy of giving back. Together, we can build a stronger community in Central Florida.
