Heart of Florida United Way has announced the launch of the Mission United PushUp Challenge. The rules are simple: do 20 pushups–without resting or stopping–or donate $20 to Mission United. For more information and details, check out the video below.
Mission United is a collective effort that addresses the complicated and fragmented systems for veteran services currently in place. It is a community collaboration that serves as a central contact for veterans to access community support, ensuring that service members and their families are never more than two steps from the help they need. Mission United identifies gaps and creates systemic change in the areas of legal assistance, employment and education. For veterans and their families, help can be reached by dialing 2-1-1.
