Heart of Florida United Way is proud to announce our new Associate Vice President of Compliance and Risk Management, Yasmin Andre.
Yasmin Andre has been with Heart of Florida United Way since 2016, originally working as the Ryan White Clinical Quality Manager and later as the Program Director for Ryan White programs. Yasmin has provided oversight to $3 million in grant funding, a network of HIV service providers, and the allocation of patient care funds through the Central Florida HIV Planning Council.
Yasmin graduated from UCF with an Executive Master’s in Health Administration in 2018 and has over 10 years of professional experience in federal grant programs and public health. Yasmin previously served in leadership roles with the Contigo Fund Community Board, the Florida Comprehensive Planning Network, and the Center for Quality Improvement and Innovation’s ECHO Collaborative. These experiences and her time at HFUW have prepared her to take on this new role as the Associate Vice President of Compliance and Risk Management.
